    justcrim (open access research || cases and materials) is an outlet for my instructioanl technology curiosities, and it helps me to stay current with rapidly evolving web based research tools and sources of law related information published online, free. Did I say free? I wanna share this online casebook with capital punishment seminars the world over and I did say free. I've linked to the same SCOTUS decisions you'll find in a traditional capital punishment casebook. I've also tried to introduce blog visitors to the best sources of legal information online through the links themselves -- this is something students lose when faculty assign a heavily edited (and typically expensive) traditional casebook - the element of online discovery, research!
